Noel, a quiet, shy, retiring man is the man behind the bar. He states he built the bar merely to display antiques and memoribilia and it was not intended  for the drunken parties that were to follow.  Noel sits quietly in the corner fiddling with himself, while his girlfriend / manageress Issy, hosts parties for guests from all parts of the globe. Whilst trying to bring a touch of yorkshire to the quaint Irish pub.
