Isobel, affectionately known as Issy is the Harp & Crowns Manageress and Chief bottle washer.

Recently finished her degree in languages, majoring in Danish and German and a smattering of Norwegion and French, she does find it difficult though to understand the local Ulster / Scotts accent of some of the patrons. It could also be said that the patrons find it hard to understand her rare Yorkshire accent from where she hales.

Issy who is now shacked up with the owner is repeatedly heard shouting “ Noel, would you put the sheep down” Lets hope she means the Yorkshire Black Sheep Ale!
